Current Vendor Information Center
Northwest Property Management strives to maintain accurate information on all vendors who work with our Community Associations. By having accurate information on file, we are able to quickly process your invoices without delay of payment.
There is a $150.00 annual processing fee to maintain your company’s information, including your Certificate of Insurance. The processing fee is required annually when you submit your updated Certificate of Insurance. You must continue to PAYPAL in order to pay for the processing fee at the time of submitting your Certificate of Insurance.
Contact Information
All vendors are required to keep their contact information, along with remit to address, up to date. If you are a CURRENT vendor and need to update your Company contact information, please fill out this form.
Certificates Of Insurance
All vendors are required to submit a certificate of insurance showing your Worker’s Comp. coverage before they can work at any of our residential or commercial properties. It is imperative to always have your current certificate of insurance on file with Northwest Property Management.
Please list Northwest Property Management, 780 Tek Drive, Crystal Lake IL 60014 as Additional Insured on your Certificate of Insurance.
