President & Chief Operations Officer
Chris is the 2nd generation to lead this family owned and operated association management firm, founded in 1979. He has spent a combined 16 years with the corporation in various positions. Chris received his Bachelor’s degree in Business & Legal Studies from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He started his career in the construction management industry, first in commercial, then transitioned to residential building. His background and experience made him an ideal candidate for assuming the leadership role of the construction division of Northwest, EMT Construction. Under his leadership, the division had tremendous growth. During this time, he also obtained his CMCA credentials and became a licensed community association manager. While continuing to head EMT, he successfully managed a portfolio of community associations. He was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2016, and named to Northwest’s executive committee. In 2019, Chris was named as successor and President of Northwest Property Management. Since then, the company has grown to represent well over 130 community associations in 6 counties, with fully staffed offices in Crystal Lake and Geneva, Illinois. Chris is very involved in the daily operations of Northwest and remains active in the Chicagoland condo industry.
Vice President and Director of Sales & Marketing
Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University and has since obtained a Community Association Manager license through IDFPR as well as a CMCA accreditation. She has been a real estate and property management professional for ten years. She began her career in Chicago and transitioned to on-site and portfolio management in 2017. After joining the team at Northwest Property Management as a portfolio manager, she excelled in communication and relationship building, making her a perfect fit to accept the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Lindsey brings new clients to Northwest and works hand in hand with the Board of Directors to manage successful transitions and long term relationships.
Director of Accounting & Finance
Teresa received her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. She started her career as a publication auditor. During her time as auditor, she engaged in audits in rural and metro markets. In an effort to grow her career she decided to make a career move into the mortgage industry. She spent 3 years developing and overseeing mortgage loan compliance policies.
Teresa has over 10 years of experience with in the Property Management industry. She began her career in Property Management as a staff accountant and 2015 was named Director of Accounting. Teresa joined the Northwest Property Management team in 2021. Teresa’s overall experience gives her an edge when it comes to understanding the needs of our industry.
Client Services Manager
Pamela Dougherty has been with Northwest Property Management since 1994. She started as an Assistant to Property Managers and assistant to the President. In 2018 she was promoted to Client Services Manager. She takes care of the Associations Management contracts and processes the Associations insurance renewals for Manager and Board reviews. She oversees all the Assistant Property Managers.
