Frequently Asked Questions

There are three options to pay your assessment:

  1. Mail assessment payment to : c/o Northwest Property Management, P.O. Box 3548, Oakbrook, IL 60522.
  2. Online banking: your bank will need to know your ten (10) digit account number. 
  3. ClickPay.  You may also pay online through https://Login.ClickPay.com/Northwest.  Provide your ten (10) digit account number.

You can submit a maintenance request by completing the online form located here. https://northwestpropertymanagement.net/request-work-order-or-questions/.

You can contact our Emergency Number after 5:00 PM and on weekends at 815-741-5711.

Contact your Property Manager and request an Architectural Change Form. Your Property Manager will provide you with instructions and documents needed in order to obtain Board approval. Board approval is needed prior to beginning any improvement projects.

Contact your Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager and they can provide you with a copy of your governing documents.
